I just can’t believe that I’ve missed Damien Rice‘s album “O” back in 2003… Sure I listened to “The Blower’s Daughter” and “Cannonball” (amazing songs!), but believe it or not, the whole album keeps up to that standard.
If you don’t know this album/singer, do yourself a favour and and buy it/download it!

yeah, this guy is great. makes wonderful tunes and has surprised me on the soundtracks of two movies.
first, blower’s daughter on Closer… everyone noticed the song right away.
and then, in Dear Frankie, they used his song Delicate. also a wonderful song, that jumped at me right away. only, i already knew the album
good stuff.
