I’ve been wasting most of my time on the web searching for a way to enlarge the default screensaver of my Nokia 6630. Still no luck…
Also, yesterday, I took the phone to a Nokia Service store in order to upgrad the firmware (2.39 to 3.45), hoping that it became faster. Again, no such luck.
Found some interesting resources Nokia & Symbian related that i would like to share with you:

About Browsers

Now this is weird and funny at the same time:

Firefox Spyware infects IE?
an Applet that bypasses whatever browser you happen to be using at the time, to infect IE (as long as the user is silly enough to click “yes”).

A must read story on http://www.vitalsecurity.org/.

Talking about Firefox, check out the Top 15 FF Extensions on Pc Magazine to see if you’re missing something useful.

The PretenderJust found out that The Pretender (first season) will be released on March 22. I used to like this “James Bond kind like” series. Worth to remember: Miss Parker and the end credits theme.

Also on the news: Coldplay new album X&Y (already on CD-Wow pre-sale). I can’t wait to get my hands on the mp3’s…

It seems that the United States is no longer nº1 in making the best use of information and communications technology, says a World Economic Forum report. It dropped to fifth place this year and Singapore is now tops.

Singapore’s remarkable performance is a consequence of the government’s consistent and continuous efforts

The Top 5:

  • 1. Singapore
  • 2. Iceland
  • 3. Finland
  • 4. Denmark
  • 5. US
  • 30. Portugal (hooray!)
  • 31. Tunisia

Q: “Do you think this is an embarrissing position for your country Vitor?”
A: Absolutely!
