Thailand Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra’s £65m bid for shares in Liverpool football club is receiving mounting public dissaproval in Thailand.Shinawatra revealed he is interested in buying a 30% stake in the Reds earlier in the week but it has since come to light that the purchase of shares would be financed by public funds.
Is he doing this because he loves football or as mere business?
